The club's training activities change depending on the season.

We offer free and paid sessions covering all disciplines

(swim, bike and run). 

Free sessions are run by club members with the paid sessions run by our partner coaches and trainers.

Multiple groups for safe-sized bunches catering for abilities with various paces, typically at 20kmph, 25kmph and 28kmph for a total of 35-40kms

Thinking of joining and don't know where to start? Follow these three simples steps:

  1. Sign up at AusTriathlon for a trial membership

  2. Message us through the contact form to let us know which sessions you'd like to try

  3. Come along to training and meet the crew, we will be there to answer your questions and help you out

Once you join the club, we will accept you to our private Facebook Group where we post all our sessions.
