Have you ever wanted to do a triathlon but have no idea where to start? Are you a beginner or just starting out?

Our 6 week program is aimed at helping you build the essentials to complete your first triathlon by guiding you every step of the way.
​
The club has successfully run two beginners programmes with many participants going on to become active members of the club. The program is run by a TriNSW qualified coach alongside the wonderful volunteers of Coogee Triathlon Club and is supported by a Triathlon NSW grant focused on increasing female participation in triathlon. ​
Program

6 week program suitable for beginners with daily detailed guidance

6 face to face sessions with a Triathlon NSW Development coach

Race entry for a Coogee Triathlon club race in a 'beginners only' wave

A group What's App where you have the ability to ask questions and build a community

Group sessions ran along side the regular weekly traingin with Coogee Triathlon Club

Race distance will be an 'Enticer'
300m swim (in a pool) | 10km bike | 2.5km run

Entry
This program is supported by Triathlon NSW and is $35.00 to enter.
If you are not already a Triathlon NSW member it is encouraged for you join up for the Aus Triathlon 8 week $35 trial membership with covers you for insurance purposes in training. It is suggested you do not take this membership out until just before the 6 week program starts so you are covered throughout the whole period
